Default How do heroes handle multiple copies of the same hex?

Can heroes manage more copies of the same hex? For example multiple copies of putrid bile, will they overwrite eachother or just use it on a foe whos not hexed with putrid bile yet?

Heroes have access to what effects are on a subject. They will not overwrite an enchantment or hex if it's already there.

What haggis said.

They won't use hexes or enchants until it has ended on foe.

So illusion of pain used by heroes will always result in the heal, and multiple Assassin's promise won't be used on the same foe.

Shadow form will always end before they recast it,etc

Actually it differs a bit too- Say Panic is pointless putting on multiple heroes because they will never use it at the same time. If one uses first the other wont use until the first one has run out
